The Insured will be covered during the following Covered Activities:

* Accidental Death; and
* Total Temporary Disability Accident:

1) While riding as a fare-paying passenger on a Common Carrier.

“Common Carrier” means any land, sea, or air conveyance operated under a license for the transportation of passengers for hire.

2) While driving or riding as a passenger in a Motor Vehicle. Any Injury sustained

must be due to a collision, wrecking, or explosion of such Motor Vehicle. Such collision, wrecking, or explosion must cause physical damage to the Motor Vehicle and leave it in a different condition than before the accident. 2) While standing or walking as a pedestrian on an open public street or highway. Any Injury sustained must be due to being struck by a Motor Vehicle while as a pedestrian. “Motor Vehicle” means, a motorized pleasure automobile type vehicle or motorcycle, including a truck of three-quarter tons or less, which is not licensed to carry passengers for hire. Motor Vehicle does not include boats, All Terrain Vehicles or snowmobiles:

* Accident Medical Expense;
* Emergency Transportation and Treatment;
* In-Hospital Indemnity Single Payment; and
* Physician Office Visit
* All activities except while riding as a fare paying passenger on a commercial

airline.

The Maximum Amounts are used to determine amounts payable under each Benefit. Actual amounts payable will not exceed the maximums, and may be less than the maximums under circumstances specified in this Description of Coverage.
